The building had been out of use for 3 years when JET was called in to provide the HVAC solution as part of the fitting out of the development. Appointed by M&E contractor Grant Manly Mechanical Services, JET engineered two indirect gas fired Balanced Jet air induction systems for this low bay warehouse. The main climate control criteria for this flagship development, which is to house 2,000,000 books, is a constant temperature of 18oC with minimum stratification coupled with effective air distribution and ventilation, particularly during the summer months.
