 Details:
Two Balanced Jet systems were installed in this HAVC solution, which was designed primarily to provide frost protection to the sprinkler system in a new-build warehouse developed on behalf of Wincanton/Argos.
The work was carried out as part of the fit out contract. JET worked with The Management Contractor Speller Metcalfe and Mechanical contractor Spencair on the project. JET was required to work around existing racking with minimum disruption to the space, as the warehouse was already operational when the HVAC system was installed. The AHU's were mounted above the 3 story offices so as no valuable floor space was used.
